DLする前に以下の素材利用規約をよくお読み下さい。
You must read following terms before you enter, and be sure to keep it.(English is here)
……それ以前に「read me」の方にも目を通しておいて下さい。お願いですから。

• 当サイトの素材は、非商用の個人サイトに限り御利用頂けます。企業/商用サイトでの利用は御遠慮下さい。また、法律抵触サイトでの利用も認めておりません。
• 配布されている素材の再配布や再加工は原則として禁止です。そのままの形でweb素材として御利用下さい。静止画に限り、キャラを並べて表示する時に余白(透過部分)をカットするのは大丈夫です。
• 各素材への直リンクは禁止です。必ず自サイトのサーバーにアップロードした上での御利用をお願いします。
• 素材をDLしたら、必ずメールフォームであなたのサイトのURLを御報告下さい（出来ればサイト名も。リンク貼る際時々迷うので。）。また、御利用の際は、必ずこのサイトへのリンクをお願いします。バナーが必要な場合は「links」からお好みのものをお選び下さい。
• 報告は初使用時に一度してして下されば、その後の使用アイコン増減・使用終了＆復活などは御自由にどうぞ。使用終了／中断の場合は、こちらへのリンクは貼ったままでも外しても構いません。
• 報告頂いたURLは、素材利用状況と当サイトへのリンクの確認後、ユーザーリンクにてこちらからリンクさせて頂いておりますので御了承下さい。
  （御利用報告は【1.リンク→(=)2.素材利用→3.報告】の順番だと確認も報告も一度で済むのでありがたいです。）
  但し、こちらの確認時上記条件が満たされていない場合・当方のサイトポリシーに著しく反する場合等にはリンクは見合わさせて頂きます。
• 規約を御理解頂けた方はこちらからお入り下さい。
• 当サイトの素材を利用したことによる如何なる不都合やトラブルに対しても、当方では一切責任を負わないこととします。
• この規約は、管理人の一存により一定の範囲内（公正な既利用者に負担をかけない程度）で予告無く変更されることがあります。

• Non-commercial use only. Reselling is prohibited.
• Do not ever redistribute our graphics.
  You can only cut right and left margins (transparent color).
• Do not modify images' sizes, edit or process our free graphics your own. Use them as they are.
  I mean "Never use my gifs to make your banners, logos, or other characters' gifs!".
  (In fact, I'm offended by such abuse most...)
• Please download and save the graphics to your hard drive to use. You may not direct-link any graphic datas in this site.
  "Direct-linking" is writing a image file's URL (or HTML code) that makes the graphics show up on the bulletin boards, on your homepage, in your email or chat, while leaving the image files on the original web site.
• You have to link to this site's top page

  from your web site whenever you use any graphics in this site.
  If you'd like to use banner, choose one you like from "links"
• After you download a material, please inform me of your homepage address and write brief comments on mailform. (If it is convenient to you, tell me also site's name.)
• You are under an obligation to inform me when you use graphics for the first time. In other words, you can feel free to use (or not to use) them if once tell me.
  (I'm just afraid they having wings...)
• Your homepage is to be linked back from here as "User's Site" after I check "link to Shining Stars"and "how you use them (I'm curious about it)"
  But when I can't find "link & use", or when I'm not sure about the contents (no English or Japanese pages are garbled in my browser. I have no choice but to read them by instinct), I may defer linking.
